Saw this in food network in Boy meets Grill w/ Bobby Flay. He had his wife and family cook with him. It looked really easy and good.

A hybrid of corn bread and corn souffle. Great for any occasion. Courtesy of Vivian. Thanks!

Good appetizer during thanksgiving. It stays in the holiday theme with the turkey and the cranberry sauce.

zphantm's Maple Glazed Salmon

This is great during BBQ's. I served this in one of our Laker BBQ's and it was a hit.

zphantm's Coconut Rice

I tired this in Las Vegas in some chinese restaurant. It's basically steam rice with coconut milk in it. It sounds simple, cuz it is but it's very good. I showed my friend how to make this and he never went back to regular steam rice. :-)

zphantm's Filipino Corned Beef

This is another typical filipino dish that's very common to all filipinos. Filipinos eat them for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. I grew up eating this. Usually served with rice.

zphantm's Shrimp Teriyaki Kabob

This is a very easy kabob, it goes great with steak or just some rice pilaf. Cutting the ingredients is probably the hardest most time consuming part of this whole recipe. But it's worth it. It's very simple and very good.
