This is the best barbecue sauce. Variations to make it spicy or smoky.
This pairs great with romaine or spinach. I added pears, craisins, feta and cashews.

I used regular Rotel, but added a little Cayenne Pepper for extra spice. You could use Hot Rotel. Works well in a crock pot.
