Banana Cocoa Smoothie

This sweet breakfast treat is rich in potassium (from the bananas), calcium (from the soymilk), and magnesium (from the cocoa), three minerals that strengthen brain function and reduce anxiety and fatigue. In addition, the isoflavones in the soymilk may help prevent cancer and heart disease. Prefreeze peeled bananas in resealable plastic bags, and break into chunks before blending into smoothies that are thick and rich, not watery.
Tunisian Carrot Salad with Radishes and Olives

Use in a seder meal for passover. Vegetarian style. (Menu includes Garlicky Leek Soup, Greens and Quinoa Pie, and Mocha Chocolate Mousse Cake) Gluten Free. Traditionally, quinoa is not a grain (it's related to spinach and chard), so it's perfect for Passover. Serve at room temp.
