This is a delicious, easy dish my Turkish Grandmother's cook, Cafer Efendi, used to make as an everyday meal. Great with a simple vinaigrette salad with tomatoes and cucumbers. It is traditionally made with ground beef but can also be made with ground chicken. For garlic lovers!
The last step (the red pepper and butter drizzle) is optional but it does give the dish a delicious, spicy middle eastern flavor.
