Because this recipe calls for more than twice as much grapefruit juice than vodka, the drink is pretty light and refreshing. I don't know if this is a Russian drink, but since it calls for vodka, I categorized it as Russian cuisine :) With a salt rim, it's called a salty dog.

Beef Stroganoff is a sour cream sauce with strips of beef and mushroom served over noodles or rice. According to the Wikipedia, Beef Stroganoff was invented by a chef working for a Russian general in the 1890s.
