Wikipedia doesn't know what Swedish Vetelängder is. But my husband found the site with full of gorgeous pictures (see the citation), and I just had to try. Since the site doesn't have an explicit recipe to go along the pictures, I made most of the part up. Mine doesn't look as good as the pictures on the original site though, it tasted wonderfully great! Check out the original site for visual aids...which may be very important to follow my lispy instructions.
