Yummy potstickers - I'd never made them before and they weren't too hard! These are vegetarian but you could also put some chopped chicken, pork or beef in as well!

My sister, Kathy makes the best pie crust. Can be used for any pie you want. I typically use this for the pumpkin pie recipe I've also posted. And if I'm really lucky, she'll make it for me and I'll freeze it until I need it!!

Great recipe for pork chops. Thought it was my Mom's recipe all these years and just recently found out my sister, Kathy got the recipe from a friend when she lived in Germany! So props to both Kathy and Mom!
