This Takes a couples days in prep ect, but it is great. The Real Recipe calls for a 4-7 lb whole Boston Butt (bone in with the layer of fat on the bottom) but I have done it with shoulder as well, you just have to watch the temp, and possibly cover with foil if you see it is drying out.
