Much healthier than the deep fried yucca, but they are still pretty delicious! Many recipes I found online don't pre-boil the yucca before baking. But this particular website claims that you boil yucca not because they won't cook well in the oven but because they taste better after it's been boiled. I haven't tried baked-only method, but this recipe worked pretty well. So I'm not changing it :)
