A drink which captures both gin and absinthe well and please to people who might not typically care for either of these ingredients. Pretty simply; pretty tasty. A bit of sweetness from St-Germain, a bit of bitterness from absinthe; they help to flourish the nature of the gin you picked.

Nut+caramel+chocolate...cannot go wrong, can it? Requires very few ingredients. But you really have to nail "timing" to make good toffees. If you undercook the caramel, your toffees would be chewy. If you overcook the caramel, your toffees would smell like burned sugar. There are less than a minute between those two failures. Check the tips and equipments below the instructions beforehand. This recipe makes an 8x8 inches toffees.
