Spinach and Artichoke Dip
Ingredients 1 Can (14 Ounces) artichoke hearts -- drained and finely chopped 1 Package (10 Ounces) frozen spinach -- chopped, thawed, and drained 3/4 Cup grated Paremsan cheese 3/4 Cup light mayonnaise 1/2 Cup mozzarella cheese 1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder

Directions
Heat oven to 350°F.
Mix all ingredients and spoon into a 9-inch quiche dish or pie plate.
Bake until heated through. It takes about 20 minutes.
Serve with crackers and assorted cut-up fresh vegetables.
