Whole Wheat Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients 2 cubes of melted butter 4 generous tablespoons cocoa 4 large eggs, beaten 2 cups whole wheat flour (can use all white or half a cup of each which is the way that I do it) 2 cups sugar 1 teaspoon Mexican vanilla (or whatever kind you have, we just like the taste of Mexican vanilla)

I wanted to share with you a wonderful brownie recipe that is made from whole wheat flour. Of course, there is lots of butter but we can pretend that brownies are healthy. Enjoy.
This recipe comes from the kitchen of Marsha Burnside, my mom.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9x13 inch pan.
In a large bowl beat butter, sugar and cocoa until mixed. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir or beat in flour, batter will be thick and spread in greased and floured 9x13 inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sets up after being out of the oven.
