Zabaglione Irish Cream

Same as a French Sabayon. Easy to make and tastes yummy. I get requests to make this for parties.

4 Egg Yolks
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Bailey's Irish Cream
1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
4 Ounces Heavy Cream, whipped
Instructions: 
• Over double boiler, beat together ingredients with a wire whisk. Place over hot, not boiling, water. Cook, beating constantly, until thickened to pudding consistency. Remove from heat.
• Let cool, occasionally whisking. After sauce has cooled fold it into the whipped cream.
• Spoon over a bowl of strawberries or raspberries
