Zabaglione Irish Cream
Ingredients 4 Egg Yolks 1/4 Cup Sugar 1/4 Cup Bailey's Irish Cream 1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla extract 4 Ounces Heavy Cream, whipped

Same as a French Sabayon. Easy to make and tastes yummy. I get requests to make this for parties.
Directions
Over double boiler, beat together ingredients with a wire whisk. Place over hot, not boiling, water. Cook, beating constantly, until thickened to pudding consistency. Remove from heat.
Let cool, occasionally whisking. After sauce has cooled fold it into the whipped cream.
Spoon over a bowl of strawberries or raspberries
