White Chocolate-Cranberry Bars
4 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal
1/4 cup melted butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)
1/2 cup white vanilla baking chips
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup flaked coconut (optional)
In a blender or food processor finely crush the cereal.
Add the cereal to the melted butter and mix well.
Press into the bottom of a greased 9 inch square pan.
Pour the sweetened condensed milk on top of the cereal mixture. Evenly sprinkle the white chips, cranberries, and pecans on top of that. If desired add the coconut at this time also.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown. Cool completely before serving.
