Baked Pork Chops with Gravy

Ingredients


4 thick pork chops
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Tablespoon butter
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup water
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions


Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Season pork chops with salt and pepper, then saute in butter about 5 minutes on each side.

Place sauteed pork chops in a 9 x 13 pan.

In a medium bowl mix the milk, water and soup. Pour over chops.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until chops are done.
