2 Chicken Breasts-Cooked, Skinless, Seasoned with Salt and Pepper (5-6 oz. each)
1 Small Avocado-pitted, peeled, and diced (1cup)
1 Grapefruit-segmented and chopped (1 cup)
1 Tbsp. Minced Red Onion
2 Tsp.s Honey
1/4 Tsp. Kosher Salt
