Ingredients

1 1/2 Ounces dark rum
3/4 Ounces Cointreau
1 1/2 Ounces pineapple juice
1/2 Ounces lime juice

A fruity rum Tiki cocktail for a summer party. This cocktail has a good back-bone of alcohol, but it's not too much. So it's really refreshing and easy to drink for people who usually enjoy cocktails. The original recipe doesn't call for them, but a slice of pineapple and maraschino cherry makes a great garnish.

Directions

Fill your glass half full with crushed ice. NOTE: A tumbler is perfect if you have one.

Mix all the ingredients in a mixing glass.

Pour over the glass.
