| No cooking involved ,just the perfect, healthy and very tasty breakfast/appetizer!
This is the only breakfast I can eat everyday and not get sick of it. Some herbs are at their best eaten fresh and raw.
Directions
I like to use some butter on my bread, put the feta cheese on top and a sprinkling of all the other ingredients. Tea is pretty much a necessary accompaniment.
If you’re having it as a breakfast then hold the scallions and radishes.
In Iran we would use "Sangak" instead of the French Baguett. It's a bread that you have to eat to believe, and pretty much must be eaten fresh. Also in Iran we sometimes use fresh walnuts, when they are in season. Never come across fresh walnuts in Europe or in the U.S, but they are incredible! If you can't find them, try soaking your walnut in water for a day.
Enjoy!
