Ingredients


1/2 C Soy Sauce
1/3 C Sugar
3 Tbsp Sake (Rice Wine or Sherry)
2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
8 Cloves Garlic (minced)
4 Scallions (minced)
2 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds


Directions


Mix together & marinate meat for at least 1 hour, then add more sauce & cook until thickened.
