Baked Turkey Breast Culets in Sour Cream Sauce

Ingredients


1 lb Shady Brook Farms Turkey Breast Cutlets
1 cup reduced fat Sour Cream
Onion Soup mix (1 packet = 4 tbsp)
1 cup nonfat milk
mushrooms, zucchini, veggies to taste
I usually add a bit of fresh ground pepper

Directions


Cut up turkey into 1 inch strips, place in the bottom of baking dish. Top with mushrooms, zucchini or any other veggie you desire.

Mix sour cream, milk and onion packet. Pour over turkey & veggies. Bake for 35 minutes. Afterwards, remove turkey and retain sauce. You can serve by itself for low carb, or serve turkey over rice or pasta. Cover with sauce and veggies.
