Ingredients

1 Bunch Collard Greens
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1/8 Cup Toasted Sesame Oil
4 Tablespoons Tamari Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup Rice Wine Vinegar

Toasted Sesame Oil and Rice Wine Vinegar bring a great flavor to this American green

Directions

First remove the tough stems and chop the collards into bite-sized pieces. Then wash and leave plenty of water clinging to the leaves. Sautee in 2 parts olive oil, 1 part toasted sesame oil. While it's sauteeing, add plenty of tamari and rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar and let it steam the greens for a while, until they are done to taste. The vinegar, tamari and toasted sesame oil combine to add a great flavor that compliments the collard greens.
