SPICY GARLIC SHRIMP
Ingredients 4 large garlic cloves 1.5 lb shrimp 1/4 cup olive oil 1/2 teaspoon pepper flakes 1/3 cup dry white wine 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions
sliver garlic. mix with pepper flakes and shrimp. allow to marinate for ~30 minutes in fridge.
cook shrimp and marinade in a skillet large enough to hold in single layer. cook 2 minutes per side until pink thru. remove shrimp with slotted spoon to bowl. keep warm.
add salt and wine to skillet. reduce by 1/2. pour over shrimp and serve over rice or with very crusty french bread for soaking up the juices.
