Ingredients


4- 4 oz. beef filets
1 cup Semi dry red wine-Merlot works great
1/2 cup red onion
1 cup portebella mushrooms sliced
2 tbsp of fresh rosemary minced
2 tbsp of fresh thyme minced
3 cloves large garlic minced
Dashs of kosher salt and ground pepper
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

Directions


Place olive oil in large skillet and coat. Rub filets with rosemary and thyme. Place filets in pan. Let rest for 10 minutes. Then pour red wine over filets, let marinate while you prepare the other ingredants . Add in onion, garlic and mushrooms. Let rest for 10 minutes. Turn heat to medium heat. Let cook for about 7 minutes per side depending on likeness. Add salt and pepper to taste.
