Ingredients

1 lb. good-quality lean ground beef
1/2 medium onion
1/2 head green cabbage
2 cubes beef bouillon
1 cup water
ready-made bread dough, at room temp
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Cabbage-beef buns. Savory and a little salty. Good fresh from the oven or cold the next day.

Directions

In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Season with salt & pepper. Drain off grease.

Chop cabbage and onion. Add to skillet.

Add water, Worcestershire and beef bouillon. Simmer until cabbage is tender. Transfer to refrigerator to cool.

Roll out dough. Cut into rectangular pieces. Place 1/4 C of mixture in center of each piece. Wrap sides and pinch to seal.

Bake @ 350 until nicely browned. About 15 minutes.
