PORK RUB: Combine all ingredients and mix well. Store in an airtight container. You won't use all of it for this recipe.

POT ROAST: Slice Onions in half and line bottom of crock pot with them. Cover with 1 cup water. Wash Pork Loin and pat dry.

Use a small strainer to apply 2 tsp of pork rub on the pork. Use a spoon to rub the seasoning into the pork.

Press whole cloves into the pork. Evenly space.

Place Pork loin on top of onions, and cook on high for 4-5 hours.
