Ingredients


Juice of 3 lemons, limes or oranges
One medium onion thinly sliced
Salt and Pepper to taste
Pinch of Cayenne pepper
1 garlic clove
1 hot pepper
2 TB chopped parsley
2 TB chopped cilantro
