Ingredients

2 to 3 lbs pork chops
1/2 cup seasoned flour (make by combining flour with salt, pepper, paprika and anything else you might like)
5 or 6 medium onions, sliced
3 cups chicken broth
2 or 3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 bay leaf
1 bottle of beer
Great recipe for pork chops. Thought it was my Mom's recipe all these years and just recently found out my sister, Kathy got the recipe from a friend when she lived in Germany! So props to both Kathy and Mom!

Directions

Dredge pork chops in seasoned flour and let sit for 1/2 hour and then dredge again.

Use a deep frying pan to brown pork chops in olive oil and then set aside.

In the same pan, saute the onions and garlic until lightly browned.

Add chicken broth, bay leaf and beer and bring to a boil.

Add pork chops and simmer until done, approximately 30 minutes.
