Teriyaki Flank Steak
Ingredients 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 cup soy sauce 3 T brown sugar 3 cloves garlic, mashed 1 T grated fresh ginger (1 t dry) 2 T sherry 2 lb flank steak

Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Marinate meat 4-12 hours (I usually do overnight). Grill or broil -- baste with marinade while cooking.
