Ingredients


2 Cans Mexi-corn, drained
1 Can Green Chilis, diced and drained
1 Can Jalapenos, diced and drained
1 C diced Vidalia or sweet onion
5 green onions, diced
1/2 tsp sugar
1 C mayo
1 C sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
A slightly spicy corn and pepper dip that is a HUGE crowd pleaser! Serve with Frito Scoops!


Directions


mix all ingredients together and let flavors meld for 4 hours before serving with Frito Scoops.
