Dunkan- Apple and vanilla mousse
Ingredients 4 Apple 6 tbsp Fat Free Fromage Frais 4 egg whites 1 tsp powdered cinnamon 1 tsp Vanilla Essence ½ cup Splenda Granulated Sweetener Tbsp lemon juice

Directions
1. Wash, peel & dice the apples. Place them in a large non stick frying pan and cook them on medium heat with a ½ cup of water for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, cover and let cool.
2. Using an electric beater, bet the egg whites until soft peaks form & the ends gently curl.
3. Mix together the cooled apples, Fromage Frais, vanilla, lemon juice, cinnamon & Splenda.
4. Gently fold the egg whites into the apple mixture until combined.
5. Refrigerate for 20 minutes & serve chilled.
