Chimichurri Sauce
Ingredients 1-1/2 cups flat-leaf parsley 1/4 cup fresh oregano 3 chiles Jalapeños, seeded & finely diced 1/2 small white onion, finely diced 3/4 teaspoons ground black pepper 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice 2 teaspoons kosher salt 6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
| Argentinian sauce, great with grilled meats or vegetables.
Directions
Add all the ingredients except the oil to the blender and blend briefly. Slowly add oil and blend coarsely. Serve at room temperature.
