2 cups Motts Cinnamon Applesauce
1 cup Skim Milk
1 large Banana
1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1 cup Crushed Ice


Healthy easy quick morning shake.


Directions


Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Serve.
