Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients 2 pounds mushrooms 1 cup margarine 8 ounce cream cheese 1/2 cup blue cheese 2 tablespoons chopped onions
| Directions
Preheat Broil
-Separate Stems from Caps
-Chop onion and stems and mix together.
-Saute onions & stems until browned
-Saute caps until browned
-Drain off extra liquids
-Mix cream cheese, blue cheese, and onion/stem mix
-Fill caps with mix
Broil until brown
Can be made the night before and refrigerated overnight
