Curried Tuna Cakes

Ingredients


10 - 12 oz canned tuna, well drained
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 tsp curry powder
butter and flour for sauteeing

Directions


1. In medium-sized bowl, pull tuna apart using two forks. 2. Add bread crumbs. 3. Beat eggs with a fork thoroughly. 4. Add tuna and bread crumbs. 5. Add curry powder and blend thoroughly. 6. Form 6 cakes with hands. 7. Over medium heat, melt butter in medium heat and saute tuna cakes. 8. Optional: dredge cake with small amount of flour first, or dip cake sin beaten eggs and bread crumbs. 9. Cook cakes until golden brown. Serve warm
