No-bake chocolate delights

Ingredients


125g butter, chopped
430g (2cups) caster sugar
125ml (1/2cup) water
2tbs cocoa powder
255g (3 cups) desiccated coconut
260g (1 cup) crunchy peatnut butter
125g white chocolate melts, melted

Directions


1. Line 2 baking trays. Place the butter, sugar, water and cocoa powder in a large saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring fir 2-3 minutes or until butter melts and sugar disolves.

2. Bring mixture to the boil. Reduce and simmer for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and coconut.

3. Drop 1 tbs of mixture onto lined trays and refridgerate for 2-3 hours or until firm.

4. Melt white chocolate melts and drizzle over chocolate delights.
