Ingredients


2 Whole Eggs
4 Egg Yolks
1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
3 Tbs Orange Liqueur
*****
Butter (just to spread on pan before)
Dulce de Leche / Cajeta / Caramel Topping
*****
Cake Mix
Ingredients for Cake Mix
1/4 Cup Tequila (substitute for 1/4 cup water in cake mix)
Optional (sweetened flaked coconut)
Flan on top, cake on the bottom


Directions


Pre heat oven at 325 degrees

Whisk eggs, evaporated milk, condensed milk & orange liqueur.

Mix cake mix

Spray bunt pan with non-stick cooking spray

Add caramel topping to bottom of pan

Add cake mix

Add Flan mix

Bake for 45 to 50 minutes in oven (ready when toothpick comes out clean)
