French Potatoes

Ingredients


10 Red Potatoes (boiled & peeled)
2 quarts Organic Sour Cream
1 Yellow Onion
10 Organic Eggs (boiled & peeled)
Paprica
Salt
Black Pepper
Vegeta (Romanian Seasoning)
Olive Oil

Directions


Boil Potatoes & Eggs Remove shells & skin

Dice onion and place on the bottom of a tall tephlon (or glass) pan

Add Shredded potatoes and add to pan

Add Shredded eggs and add to pan

Add Sour Cream, Salt, Pepper & Vegeta

Continue adding layers starting with the potatoes until you're almost at the top.

Bake in oven at 400F until a crust appears on top of pan

Add Paprica to the top halfway through baking

Another option is to add smoked sausages to the mixture.
