Pauline's Lemon Meringue Pie
Ingredients ¾ pkt Marie Biscuits crushed Butter/Margarine (Enough to hold crushed biscuits together) 1 Tin Condensed Milk 3 Lemons 3 Eggs (Separated)
| Directions
Combine biscuits and butter until well combined
Press into baking dish
Empty condensed milk into a dish and add lemon juice stirring after each addition
Stir in egg yolks
Pour egg mixture into biscuit lined dish and bake at 200 degrees until biscuit base is golden brown and mixture bubbling
Beat egg whites with one teaspoon of sugar until really firm, put over egg mixture and sprinkle egg white with sugar and bake until meringue is golden brown
