Smoked Salmon Dip
Ingredients 2 (8 oz each) pkgs cream cheese, softened 3 Tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice 3 Tbsp milk 1 1/2 tsp dry dill weed 2 (3 oz each) pkgs Chicken of the Sea Smoked Salmon 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions French Bread rounds or assorted crackers
| Directions
Beat cream cheese with lemon juice, milk and dill weed.
Fold in Salmon and green onions.
Chill a minimum of 1 hour or several hours to let flavors meld.
Place in serving dish (or bread bowl) and serve with crackers or french bread.
