Ingredients


1 bunch Gai Choy
1 can sardines or anchovies
4 big cloves garlic
1 tbsp olive oil

Directions


Heat olive oil in skillet and saute garlic. Add sardines and gai choy stems.

Add gai choy leaves and cook until al dente. Salt to taste.
