Crockpot Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients 2 Pounds beef stew meat 1 onion, chopped 11 Ounces condensed golden mushroom soup 11 Ounces condensed cream of onion soup 8 Ounces sliced mushrooms, drained 1/4 Teaspoon pepper 8 Ounces cream cheese, cubed 8 Ounces sour cream 6 Cups cooked egg noodles or rice

Directions
Mix first 6 ingredients in slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours.
Stir cream cheese into beef mixture until melted. stir in sour cream.
Serve mixture over hot cooked noodles or rice.
