Potato Sausages
Ingredients - 5 Potatoes - 1 Glass Milk - 250 G mature Cheddar - 1 Egg - 500 G Beef Sausages - 2 C Butter

Potato purée with beef sausages
Directions
- Peal and boil the potato then use a food processor for the boiled potato, milk, cheese to prepare your purée
- In a frying pan cook the sausages; you can add seasoning and spices as needed
- In a Pyrex plate lay the first layer of the purée
- The 2nd layer is the cooked mash sausages
- Then another layer of potato
- Can be topped with parmesan
- Put it in the oven 200 c for 15 minutes
