Ingredients


Canned Crab
Panko Bread crumbs
Hot Mustard
Mayo
1 Egg
Onion
Crab Cakes


Directions


Mix the egg and all other ingredients in a mixing bowl

Add the crab meat in the mixture

Spread out the bread crumbs out on a flat plate

Take a lump of the crab mixture and roll in the bread crumbs forming a small pattie

Either deep fry in a fryer or a lightly greased flat pam until brown on both sides
