Search by Ingredient

I would love to be able to search recipes by the ingredients included instead of only by cuisine and title. Someone could name their recipe "Easy Bird" ... but that tells me nothing about what's in it. Is that an over easy egg? Or a chicken dish? Turkey? If I could search by ingredient, I'd be able to pull up recipes that fit with what I have in my fridge, which would be very helpful.
