Mediterranean Vegetable Soup
Ingredients 3 small onions, diced 3 tbsp olive oil 12 oz bulk pork sausage 6 oz cubed ham 2 1/4 tsp minced fresh garlic 2 bay leaves 12 oz garbonzo beans with juice 2 cups diced carrots 2 tsp Frank's Red Hot 3/4 tsp Rosemary 3/4 tsp basil 1 cup chopped cabbage 1/2 tsp black pepper 2 1/4 cup diced tomato in juice 6 cups chicken broth

Directions
Saute onion in olive oil until soft. Crumble sausage and cook through.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour
