Peaches and Cream Cake

Number of Servings:

1 can peach pie filling

1 pkg yellow cake mix

2 eggs

1/2 cup sour cream

1 (8 oz) cream cheese

1 TBSP butter

1 tsp vanilla

2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees

• Blend first 4 ingredients together

• Coat 9X13 pan with cooking spray

• Spread cake mix into pan

• Bake for 40-45 minutes

• For icing: Combine cream cheese, butter, and vanilla. Add sugar and mix well

• Spread on cooled cake
