Shrimp and Nectarine Kababs

Ingredients


3 tbsp light honey mustard dressing (such as Ken's)
2 tbsp light butter
1 1/4 Pounds peeled and deveined large shrimp (about 30)
5 small nectarines, pitted, and each cut into 4 wedges
4 large green onions, cut into 2-inch pieces
cooking spray


Directions


Prepare grill.

Combine honey mustard dressing and butter in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH 30 seconds or until butter melts. Stir well with a whisk.

Thread 3 shrimp, 2 nectarine wedges, and 2 green onion pieces alternately onto each of 10 (10-inch) metal skewers; brush with honey mustard mixture.

Place kebabs on grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill 3 minutes on each side or until shrimp are done.
