Ingredients


1 cup oats
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 lb chicken tenders
mustard

Directions


Combine 1 cup oats, 1/4 cup flower, thyme, and garlic powder in bowl.

Coat chicken tenders with mustard.

Dredge in oat mixture.

Saute 4-6 minutes on each side
