Mustard Vinaigrette
2 tbsp shallots, diced
1/4 cup sherry vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 Tbsp whole grain mustard
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp honey
salt and pepper
