1 head lettuce, chopped

1 C celery, diced

4 hard boiled eggs, chopped

1 - 10 oz bag frozen peas, thawed

1/2 C green pepper, diced

1 onion, diced

8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

2 C mayo

2 T sugar

4 oz grated cheddar cheese

Instructions:

• Layer first seven ingredients in 9"X13" pan. Mix together mayo & sugar & put over layers like frosting. Sprinkle cheese on top.
