Goodie Butler Bars

1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick melted margarine or butter
1 egg, slightly beaten
8 oz cream cheese at room temperature
2 eggs
1 stick very soft margarine, butter
1 lb powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions:
• 1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick melted margarine or butter
1 egg, slightly beaten
Mix above ingredients and Pat into a 9 x 13 greased pan.
• 8 oz cream cheese at room temperature
2 eggs
1 stick very soft margarine, butter
1 lb powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Spread on top of cake mix. Sprinkle with coconut on top of cake and gently pat. Bake at 350 for 40 – 45 minutes.
• Substitutions:
White cake mix
Lemon cake mix
Devil’s Food cake mix
Sprinkle with chocolate chips
